SAZ PARFUM is a trading name of Saz Fortune, Ipswich, England ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use sazfortune.co.uk, why, and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018). Questions: sales@sazfortune.co.uk.

What we collect

Orders: your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and what you bought.
Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Accounts: if you create one, your login email and order history.
Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Website data: essential cookies that keep your basket and checkout working.

Why we use it

To take payment, send your order and give you tracking (to perform our contract with you).
To answer your questions and handle returns (our legitimate interest in looking after customers).
To keep accounting and tax records (a legal obligation).
To send you offers by email, only if you've said yes. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), Royal Mail (delivery), our website host and our email provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Accounts are kept until you ask us to close them. Messages are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it or ask us to stop marketing. Email us and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
