1. About us
sazfortune.co.uk is run by Saz Fortune, trading as SAZ PARFUM, based in Ipswich, England. Contact: sales@sazfortune.co.uk or 07408 640225.
2. Your order
When you place an order you'll get an email confirming we've received it. The contract between us starts when we email to say your order has been sent. If we can't supply an item (for example it's out of stock), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Stripe. If a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before sending.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only, using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
5. Cancelling and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Because perfume is a hygiene product, this applies to bottles that are unopened and still sealed; once the seal is broken you can't return it unless it's faulty. To cancel, email us. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us; return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or wrong. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, to your original payment method.
6. Faulty or damaged goods
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.
7. Product information
We describe each perfume as accurately as we can. Notes describe a perfume's character; how it smells and lasts varies from person to person. "Inspired by" comparisons are given as a guide only: the perfumes we sell are original products of their own houses and are not made by, copies of or connected with any designer brand mentioned. Please check ingredients if you have allergies, and patch test first.
8. Liability
We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We aren't responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
